Friends and family, it was a good week. You wanna know why? BECAUSE WE FOUND SOMEONE.
Oh my gosh I can't even tell you how happy I am. Her name is Carmen and she is so prepared. Sister Semadeni knocked on her door the other day when I was on splits in Vejle. She invited us to come over and had her bible all ready and told us about her religious background. She grew up catholic, but didn't really practice it. Her mom would let missionaries in all the time growing up so she is very comfortable with us coming and talking!! We of course have a long way to go, but it just seems so promising! She told us, "I believe in God, there's just some things in the scriptures I dont totally understand yet. I would love to get your help with that. I just ask so many priests about the same part of the Bible and they all have completely different answers, how can I find out what is true?" skchskksnznskaakhxhis yeah keep her in your prayers. And me. My heart is on the line. We have a return appointment for this week, we're hoping it goes well to say the least.
We have also found a couple other potential friends that might be meeting with us very soon!! The find grind is finally starting to pay off *knock on wood* Søster Semadeni and I celebrated the evening after Carmen's lesson by making some de-litchoussss curry and mango smoothies. It was a fun night.
Ohhh and on Wednesday the sun came out and shined for a good TWO HOURS!!! the sky was so blue and the light on my face ugh it was too good. Definitely a blessing.
On Sunday I tried translating and ohhhh my gosh it was so bad lol fat rip. Definitely the joke of the week.
So yeah this week was good. We are, still, out here vibin'. Har det godt. Jeg elsker dig!
